Our Mission
At the Virtual Assistant and Executive Empowerment Network (VAAEN), we foster personal and professional growth for Virtual Assistants and administrative professionals. We provide the resources and support needed to build successful careers and businesses through workshops, training, webinars, and networking events. As a Community Team leader, you’ll help bring this mission to life by facilitating engagement and collaboration across our platforms.
The Role
Community Team members serve as leaders and Community Managers in our key programs and initiatives, including:
Hosting Coffee/Tea Time sessions to foster connection and support among members. Leading the VAAEN Connect community to build relationships within the community. Leading the VAAEN Launchpad community to empower members with tools and strategies for success. Leading the LinkedIn community to empower members and help encourage them to join our membership by providing content and keeping the group engaged Facilitator for workshops, training, and webinars hosted on VAAEN platforms.
The Commitment
A minimum one-year commitment to the role. Attendance at bi-weekly team meetings to collaborate and strategize with other community team members. Active participation in events, workshops, and programs as outlined in your responsibilities.
