Our Story

VAAEN was established with the straightforward but impactful conviction that administrative professionals and virtual assistants should have a vibrant community that cares about their success, not just a job. We witnessed firsthand the difficulties professionals face in these positions, including a lack of defined career trajectories, professional isolation, and scarce resources.

In order to close this gap, we have set up VAAEN as a nonprofit organization to offer people the resources, education, support, and contacts they need to move, do well, and even excel in their chosen fields. This has been something that we have done since the beginning: to be able to offer our members practical skills, career enhancement, and mentoring to enable them to excel in the current virtual and administrative professional environment.
