Collaborate with VAAEN

Partner with us to create meaningful learning experiences

We partner with professionals, educators, and industry experts to bring meaningful webinars, conversations, and training opportunities to the VAAEN community in a way that is thoughtful, aligned, and growth-focused.

What Collaboration Means

Collaboration at VAAEN is rooted in purpose, value, and alignment

We are building thoughtful learning experiences for our community. Collaboration is about showing up with substance, serving with intention, and contributing in a way that supports growth and clarity.

01

Educational Contribution

Share meaningful, actionable insights that help professionals grow.

02

Community Impact

Focus on value and transformation, not just visibility.

03

Professional Alignment

Align with VAAEN's tone, mission, and standards.

04

Relationship Building

Build trust over time through consistent value and presence.

Webinar-First Model

Most collaborations begin with a webinar experience first

At this stage, VAAEN is building through a webinar-first model. That means many collaboration opportunities begin with an educational session designed to serve our community with meaningful, practical value.

This gives us the opportunity to experience your teaching style, communication approach, and alignment with the VAAEN audience before exploring what may come next.

Webinar participation does not automatically lead to future opportunities, but it can open the door to continued relationship building, deeper alignment, and possible invitations over time.
01

Apply to Collaborate

Start by submitting your interest through the collaboration form so we can learn more about your background, expertise, and the type of value you may bring to the community.

02

Start with a Webinar

Many selected collaborators begin with a webinar opportunity. This allows VAAEN to lead with education while creating a clear, structured first experience for both the audience and the collaborator.

03

Grow Through Alignment

As relationships grow, VAAEN may consider selected collaborators for future trainings, workshops, or learning opportunities based on timing, audience fit, professionalism, and overall alignment.

Future Opportunities

Future invitations may come through relationship and alignment over time

While many collaborations begin with webinars, VAAEN may later invite selected individuals into additional learning opportunities as relationships grow and community needs evolve.

These opportunities are not guaranteed and are approached thoughtfully. We want to ensure that every collaboration remains aligned with the mission, audience experience, and overall direction of the platform.

Selection for future opportunities depends on more than interest alone. It may include timing, audience fit, communication style, professionalism, and the value someone consistently brings to the VAAEN community.
01

Audience Fit

We consider how well your message, expertise, and delivery connect with the needs and growth goals of our community.

02

Professionalism

Clear communication, preparedness, follow-through, and respect for the experience being created all matter in future collaboration decisions.

03

Timing & Need

Future opportunities also depend on the season VAAEN is in, the topics being prioritized, and the type of support or teaching experience being developed.

04

Consistent Value

We pay attention to how someone serves, teaches, and contributes over time, not just in a single moment or application.

Important to Know

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection

We welcome interest from professionals who feel aligned with the VAAEN mission, but each opportunity is approached thoughtfully. Our goal is to create meaningful experiences for the community while building relationships with intention and care.

Not every application will result in an immediate invitation or response.

Selection depends on alignment, timing, audience fit, and the current needs of the platform.

Some opportunities may develop later as relationships grow and future needs become clearer.

We are building intentionally and want each collaboration to feel thoughtful, mutually aligned, and valuable to the community.

We appreciate every inquiry and understand that people are offering their time, knowledge, and expertise. Our process is designed to honor both the community experience and the relationships we build along the way.

If this feels aligned, we invite you to take the next step

If you believe your expertise, teaching style, and values align with the VAAEN community, we welcome you to submit your collaboration application. We are building intentionally and look forward to learning more about those who may be a fit for this season and beyond.

Submitting your application does not guarantee selection, but it does give us the opportunity to learn more about your interest, expertise, and potential fit.
